Why i get ban??

2 or 3 days ago I played Royal when i logged off and come back next day I see my nick on banned users....Why i get ban ? I had dupe items ? I dont know it but i dont dupe items...Can i get unbann ? If u think it's dupe item tell me what's dupe and I'll delete it or anything but unbann me...
